    About the experience:
    In this 90-minute session, you'll be guided through a series of restorative yoga poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support your body in passive stretches. With no effort required, your body can surrender fully, encouraging deep rest and healing.

    After settling into a state of relaxation through an hour of restorative yoga, you will be free to rest, meditate, and reflect as Maggie weaves an ambient soundscape of live harp, designed to soothe the mind and open the heart.

    The healing frequencies of the harp gently resonate through the body, enhancing the effects of the poses and helping to dissolve layers of stress and emotional tension.

    This class is ideal for all levels and perfect for anyone seeking rest, inner balance, and emotional release. No prior yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and receive.
